Maple Cupcakes

2. 准备纸杯蛋糕: Beat the first 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until well-blended (about 5 minutes). Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. In a small bowl stir together the milk and maple 糖浆. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture alternately with the milk mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture; mix after each addition.

    我宁愿拿一小部分是用真正的交易做的,也不愿得到“lite” version and not get the full flavor. Also we sometimes get a false sense of security eating lo-fat or 精简版 and we eventually consume more. Not a good thing. The cupcakes really look great and I bet they taste great too.
